ABSTRACT
The article presents the current developments and future perspectives in the field of psychiatry, drawing certain parallels with general medicine. The importance of implementing emerging medical models in psychiatry, as well as the limiting factors have been emphasized. The areas considered promising include public mental health, the integration of artificial intelligence with cutting-edge research technologies, and the application of an integrative approach.
